Jason Brown founded Pioneering Risk Solutions after a career spanning military service, executive leadership and hands on HSE delivery.
Army service
His time in the army shaped the business name and the mindset behind it: pioneering practical solutions rather than following the crowd.
Executive leadership
An executive role overseeing risk, assurance, governance and HSE within a major zinc refinery.
The recurring gap

Jason Brown
Founder and Principal Consultant
Jason brings executive level risk, assurance, governance and HSE experience, including leadership within a major zinc refinery, alongside hands on delivery on remote Defence related projects. A veteran and Bachelor of Business Administration graduate, he also holds an Advanced Diploma of Work Health and Safety, is an AICD graduate and is qualified as a Lead Auditor, ICAM investigator and HAZOP facilitator. Jason works directly with every client, from initial scope through to delivery.
